Summary
Do you have one or two years experience behind you as a Head of Science? Are you now looking to develop your skills further? This course is designed to provide the strategies and techniques you will need to be successful. The course focuses on developing essential skills and knowledge for those who are relatively new to middle leadership - including strategic leadership and management, leading teams and change, outstanding teaching and learning and supporting and enriching learning.
