New horizons science 5-16: key stage 3 - book 1

New Horizons: science 5-16 is a major new course to deliver the national curriculum for science in England and Wales. It comprises materials for students aged from 5 through to 16 and full support material for teachers.

This book is particularly suitable for year 8 pupils, and it caters for a wide range in ability. The book allows for a range of teaching styles, covering a variety of activities and exercises for the pupils. It is accompanied by the Key Stage 3 Teacher's File book 2.
